- You are booking under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.

3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be made before the tour start date, as specified during booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government taxes, or operational reasons.
- Ongo Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the tour start date.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Unused services during the tour
- In case of tour cancellation due to weather, road conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, alternative options may be offered. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Changes to Itinerary
- Ongo Expeditions reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to safety concerns, weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
- Such changes do not entitle travelers to refunds or compensation.
6. Travel Insurance & Health
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
- Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Ongo Expeditions is not responsible for any illness, injury, or medical emergencies during the tour.
7. Adventure Activities & Risk Acknowledgement
Adventure travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
- High altitude sickness
- Extreme weather
- Rough terrain
- Limited medical facilities
By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility.
8. Responsibility & Liability
- Ongo Expeditions acts only as a facilitator between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and guides.
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Accidents, injuries, or death
- Delays due to weather, strikes, roadblocks, or natural disasters
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the tour.
9. Use of Website
- All content on this website including text, images, logos, and itineraries is the property of Ongo Expeditions.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Photography & Media
Ongo Expeditions may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing prior to the tour.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
